Cast Metal House Signs
Our cast metal house signs are individually made. There are many shapes and sizes and about 400 different motifs. The signs are manufactured at the foundry. They are made from a heavy casting alloy that does not rust or corrode.
To create the raised lettering and high relief motif each sign is cast individually using a traditional sand casting process. Molten metal is poured into the mould. After cooling, the mould is broken open and the sign removed.
After being cleaned, primed and stove enamelled, it is hand painted. .Click here to order your

Your Choices
Background Colours -
Black, White, Blue, Green or Red
Letter Colour - Letter colour is usually white except for white signs which have black letters. Gold leaf is also available @ an additional cost.
Motifs - We have a large selection of standard motifs - Click Here
Fixing Holes -
Holes are be drilled in the most suitable positions unless requested to the contrary - i.e. holes for fixing to a vertical post or hanging the sign.
Layout - You can attach a sketch of how you would like the sign to look. However, you can confidently leave the layout to us. If the instructions are not clear we will always contact you before we start.
